iDegree Online Pool
Students enrolled in iMBA, iMSM, and iMSA have the opportunity to join the iDegree Online Pool. There are over 7,000 students that participate in a research study through this pool each year. Students are granted extra credit in a participating course for the completion of a research study. Studies should be managerially relevant and appeal to a globally diverse audience.
Gies Student Extra Credit Research Participation
Undergraduate and residential graduate students enrolled in participating Gies courses have the opportunity to earn extra credit by engaging in research studies. Participation provides an educational experience in business-related research topics. All studies are in accordance with the ethical procedures established by the university Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Gies Business Research Lab is seeking applications for Fall 2026 GBRL undergraduate research assistants (2-3 positions available)
Announcement/Content
The GBRL RA's will administer research study sessions in Wohlers labs and train other research assistants to administer such sessions, assist researchers with credit granting for extra credit research participation, and assist GBRL Coordinator with other duties as needed. Applicants must be able to work and problem solve independently and have excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with Qualtrics and Sona is desired but not required. This is a paid position and is in-person. Afternoon and early evening availability is required. Maximum of 10 hours per week. MUST be an undergraduate student.
